Dumbbells are one of the most versatile tools one can have in the gym. At Westside these go all the way up to a 175lb pair, they are used not only for our repetition method, but also as the main movement on a deload day. This deload day can look something like this:

1️⃣DB Decline Bench 1x10-12

2️⃣DB Flat Bench 1x10-12

3️⃣DB Incline Bench 1x10-12

4️⃣Seated DB Shoulder Press 1x10-12 🔸each set is done to a good burn(1-2 short of failure)
