-bench grip
-pins set so as the lifter is at their sticking point

2️⃣Straight Bar Pin Press 3x6
-same pin height
-start close grip, then every set, move fingers out 2 finger widths (each hand)

3️⃣Upright DB Williams Ext. 4x8

4️⃣Band Tear 5x40
-palms down
-arms high
-clavicles are target
