Yes we have a battle rope, but more likely than not our athletes are using the battle chain. We got this 42' long tow chain from our local Home Depot.
No shipping, no brand names...its just chain.
Only simple, effective, and long lasting equipment survives here.
With it we can prehab, rehab, condition, and strengthen all in one. The next time you visit your friendly neighborhood hardware store, price it out and see for yourself.
