DB Bench 4x15 ( change height each set )

No rest between sets, change height and go

Y + T Raise 2x15

Banded face pulls x50

25 push-ups

LIFT:

1-  First Click Incline Press ( hard 3 )

2- DB Floor Press 4x15

3- Barbell Shrug 4x15

4- Barbell Push Press 3x10

5- Tricep Pushdowns 4x15

6- Med Ball Abs x 75

7- Y&T Raise 2x20 each letter

8- FR/STR 10 Minute Min.
