LIFT:

1- Medium Stance Low Box Box Squats ( hard3 )

2- Chest Supported Row 4x15

3- GHD 3x10

4- Hanging Lower Abs x 75

5- Back Hyper with weight 4x15

6 Adduction/ Abduction Machine 4x25 Each

7- Foam Roll / Stretch 10 Minute Minimum
