Louie built the strongest powerlifting gym in the world with the conjugate method, but the method was never only about powerlifting. It was built to make athletes stronger, faster, and harder to break, whatever the sport.

Lacrosse asks for all three at once: the speed to win a draw or a faceoff, the strength to hold a defender off the crease, and the durability to get through a college season, a pro season, and a world championship in the same year. That is what these athletes train for at Westside.

College

Ally Kennedy is a three-time All-American and three-time America East Midfielder of the Year who starred at Stony Brook University from 2017–2021. She finished her career with 266 goals, 329 points, 180 ground balls, and 343 draw controls, ranking among the top players in program history. A two-time America East Tournament Most Outstanding Player, Kennedy was also a Tewaaraton Award candidate and 2021 Honda Award finalist.

Professional

Kennedy was selected 2nd overall in the inaugural 2021 Athletes Unlimited (AU) draft and competed in AU for four seasons. In 2024, she finished as high as 3rd on the individual leaderboard. In 2025, Kennedy played in the inaugural Women’s Lacrosse League (WLL) All-Star Game. For the 2026 WLL Championship Series, Kennedy was selected 1st overall in the supplemental draft by the Maryland Charm and was named to the All-Tournament Team. During the WLL’s inaugural full season, Kennedy helped lead the Maryland Charm to a 4–1 record and the first WLL Championship in league history.

International

Kennedy is a 4x gold medalist and has represented the United States in all three disciplines, field, sixes, and box lacrosse, since making her national team debut at the 2018 IWLCA Presidents Cup in Orlando.

College

Taylor Moreno was a four-year starting goalkeeper at the University of North Carolina, finishing her career as one of the most decorated goalkeepers in program history. She holds UNC career records for saves (667), goalie wins (70), goalie minutes played (4,394), goalie starts (76), and goalie appearances (87). Her 70-6 career record ranks among the best in program history. Moreno was the 2021 IWLCA National Goalkeeper of the Year, 2021 ACC Defender of the Year, a three-time First-Team All-ACC selection, and a three-time First-Team All-American. She was also a two-time ACC Tournament MVP (2018, 2021) and a 2021 Tewaaraton Award finalist.

In 2021, Moreno led the nation in elite defensive production, finishing second nationally in goals-against average (6.65) and save percentage (.549). During the ACC Tournament, she posted a .611 save percentage and allowed just 4.78 goals per game across three victories, helping UNC capture its fifth consecutive ACC championship. Moreno’s collegiate career also included multiple NCAA Tournament runs and ACC championships. In 2018, she earned ACC Tournament MVP honors after setting a tournament record with 33 saves in three games, including 11 saves in UNC’s championship victory over Boston College. She finished her UNC career with 87 games played, 76 consecutive starts, 667 saves, and 70 wins.

College

As a freshman in 2018, Inacio won 61.3% of his faceoffs, leading all freshmen in the nation, and was named Big Ten Freshman of the Year. The following season he led the Big Ten in faceoff percentage and finished ninth nationally with a 63.7% win rate, set Ohio State single-game records in faceoff wins (23) and ground balls (19), and finished fifth in the nation in ground balls per game with 10. During the COVID-shortened 2020 season, Inacio appeared in only four games but won 65.5% of his draws, including 30 faceoffs in a game against Cornell, the third most in a single game in NCAA history. As a fifth-year he won 59.2% of his draws while scoring a career-high 3 goals, earning honorable mention All-American honors. Inacio graduated as Ohio State’s all-time leader in ground balls with 357 and second in faceoff percentage at 60.7%. He is a three-time All-American, the 2019 Big Ten Specialist of the Year, and a Second Team All-Big Ten selection.

He also helped lead the Ohio State defense to a No. 7 national ranking in 2025, allowing 9.12 goals per game.
