Lower Back Tightness
One time or another if you've been in this game, you've had lower back tightness(at times this can be a due to a locked psoas). At Westside, before and after lower body work, a popular recovery method is to stand in the ATP with only band tension on the carriage and perform small hip circles to traction out the hips/low back.
