Yes. Complete the Digital Internship, move to Mentorship, then sit the Conjugate Certificate Exam. From there, you can apply to be a verified and endorsed Westside coach.
Is this a cookie-cutter program?
No. It’s a process. Every training session is an assessment. You’ll learn to observe, question, and adjust based on the lifter and the goal.
What if my athletes have injuries, limited equipment, or schedule changes?
You’ll learn how to maintain intent and direction under real-world constraints without losing sight of progress.
What will I take back to my gym?
