CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER CHECKOUT?
After checkout, we will be unable to make any modifications to your order. There are no substitutions for sales items.
WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES?
There are NO refunds or exchanges during the BFCM or any sales period; all sales are final.
Note: this does not apply if there is a defective item or we ship an incorrect item.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM I ORDERED BECOMES OUT OF STOCK?
If an item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued to the customer, followed by an email showing the refund amount. If you ordered other items with an out-of-stock item, they would be shipped to you asap.
CAN I USE DISCOUNT CODES AT CHECK OUT?
During the BFCM sales period, No other discounts can be applied to the Black Friday Pricing.
SHOOT, I MISSED THE SALE! CAN YOU GIVE ME A CODE TO GET THE SAME DEALS EVEN THOUGH THE SALE IS OVER?
Westside barbell will not extend Sale prices past the set dates for any reason.

Shipping Time Vs. Fulfillment Time
Does this sound familiar? You order an item and select next day air only to find the product gets to you FIVE days later. We have been there and understand how frustrating this can be. In an attempt to clarify how this happens, please read the following text:
Fulfillment Time = The time from an order placed by a customer to when the order has been picked, packed, and ready for pick up. All orders are fulfilled based on the time and date placed.
Once an order is fulfilled, it then moves from Fulfillment Time to Shipping Time.
Shipping Time = The transit time a carrier takes to pick up, ship, and deliver an order.
1, 2, or 3-day shipping are transit times [Shipping Time], referring to the carrier's speed, suggesting when the item will arrive at your address after fulfillment.
Westside Barbell has no control or input into how fast or accurately the selected carrier delivers the order. Our goal is to get an order from Fulfillment Time to Shipping Time within the windows set forth on our website.
As soon as your order has shipped out from the WSBB fulfillment center, it is no longer under our control to how fast it gets to you. We do our very best to ensure we pick, pack and ship your order as quickly and securely as possible.
It is then up to the shipping carrier to get that item to you promptly.
We cannot speed up the shipping process or track down where your package outside of providing you a tracking number if available with the shipping service you selected.
To help serve you better, we have provided contact details to our shipping carriers, of which we recommend you contact them to find out where your package is and how fast it will be delivered. Our business and staff do not have any inside contacts or relationships that yield faster answers than you.
