Can I modify my order after checkout?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes or substitutions. This includes size, color, quantity, shipping address, or adding/removing items. Sale items cannot be substituted.
What’s your refunds & exchanges policy during BFCM and other sales?
During promotional periods (including Black Friday / Cyber Monday), all sale items are final sale. We will, of course, make it right if you receive a defective item or the wrong item.
Tip: If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can assist quickly.
What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
If an item becomes unavailable, this item will be placed on back order and will be fulfilled in 5 to 10 business days.
Can I use discount codes at checkout during BFCM?
Black Friday pricing and other site‑wide promotions generally cannot be combined with additional discount codes.
I missed the sale—can you honor the same price?
We don’t extend sale pricing beyond the posted sale window.

Shipping time vs. fulfillment time—what’s the difference?
Fulfillment time is how long it takes us to pick, pack, and hand your order to the carrier. Orders are fulfilled in the order they’re received.
Shipping time is the carrier’s transit time from pickup to delivery. “1‑, 2‑, or 3‑day” services refer to shipping time after fulfillment. Business days are Monday–Friday and exclude U.S. federal holidays.
Once an order leaves our facility, delivery speed and routing are controlled by the carrier. Please use your tracking link for the most current updates.
