Great tool

I always wanted to find purpose when it comes to training, I use to frequently change different programs many years now, without meaning or some serious gains and results, almost every book i've purchased from WSBB has encourage me to see things from a different perspective that is both practical experience and science proven , this methods has surely influenced me and thought me of the ways how to improve, grow and become better.
