Mac McFarland is the Lead Wrestling Strength Coach at Westside Barbell, where he develops wrestlers using the Conjugate Method to build strength, power, and mat-specific performance. He has coached state and national champions, and collegiate wrestlers, and athletes who have represented the United States on the world stage.
