We had a small competition in the gym on this morning. We did straight weight for max 6 reps. 1. Bench press straight bar 1*10-50 1*6-140 1*6-190 1*6-230 1*6-280 1*6-320 1*6-350 (It was my new PR 10 lbs) 1*5-360  Our best lifts for 6 reps were: Joe 320, Josh 370, Chris 410, and Travis 465x6, 500x5   2.
