The Westside Barbell Monster Mini Band is the next step up in resistance after the Mini Band. While the width will be the same as the Mini, the thickness has been increased to offer greater resistance.

Bands offer a convenient means for accommodating resistance and have become a staple for our Dynamic Effort Movements. Depending on the tension level, bands build capacity within joints and help strengthen ligaments and tendons when utilized correctly.

Nice upgrade from using 2x mini reds

Finally made the jump from using 2x mini reds each side of bar for squats (4x mini reds) and the comparison is that the 2 mini monster's are slightly less resistance BUT still help tremendously with improving sticking points and taking the added tension/load when walking out the bar.

Resistance Bands

Wish I would’ve bought these when I started my fitness journey 7 years ago. The most interesting and gratifying thing I have added to my lifting arsenal.
