    Perfect Deadlift Bands

    Always used a regular sized band for speed deadlifts. They're wearing out and found these to use instead. Bar simply runs through them, feet in there too. Bingo.
    Got orange and grey pairs for different loads.

    Great for deadlifts and bent over rows. I didn’t think they’d stretch far enough but they do. Also great for ad/abduction.
