WARM UP:

DB Bench 4x15 ( change height each set )

No rest between sets, change height and go

Band Pull Aparts 3x15

Single Arm Hammer Winds w/ 5 pound plate

LIFT:

1- Fat Grip Bench ( hard 2 )

2- CG Reps 2x8

3- Overhand Hammer Row 4x15

4- DB Clean and Press 4x15 

5- Pushups 4x15 ( change had position )

6- Standing Plate Twist 4x20

7- Banded Flys 4x25

8- FR/STR 10 Minute Min.
