(3 Remaining)
We’ll start the day with coffee and conversations, laying out the plan to get you stronger, smarter, and more prepared for what’s ahead. Once we’re focused, you’ll split into small groups for hands-on coaching with:
- Tom Barry
- Burley Hawk
- Craig Bongelli
- Mac McFarland
Each coach will take you through a specific lift, offering detailed feedback and pointing out weaknesses you need to address. You won’t just learn how to lift—you’ll learn how to fix what’s holding you back. No fluff, just real-world insights to take home.
After that, we’ll break for lunch (included) and talk shop. When we’re back in the gym, you’ll hit a Dynamic Effort Combo Day, training side-by-side with the coaches. You’ll feel the intensity that defines Westside training, as you get pushed past your self-imposed limits.
Warning: this is not optional and will be intense!!!
After the session, we’ll cool down with a shake, then dig deeper into the methods, the origins, and the results. Once you’ve had a chance to clean up, we’ll head to HQ for dinner (included), where you can ask questions, get answers, and connect directly with the coaches in an open Q&A roundtable.
This isn’t just another training session. It’s a chance to immerse yourself in the Westside way, and leave with tools to elevate your training.
During the event we will have a pro photographer/videographer capturing you in action. Files will be available for free download.
