Description
The Green Average Band is where band tension gets serious. We put these on squats over 400 pounds and deadlifts over 500. The jump from Light to Average is significant, so respect it. Flipped the other way, it is a strong assistance band for pull-ups and dips.
This is the same style of 41 inch layered latex band sold under a dozen different logos. We are not going to pretend otherwise. Ours comes from a supplier that has been layering latex since 1994, matched to the tensions we actually train with at Westside.
