The Conjugate Conference: August 7, Free, Online
We have partnered with BridgeAthletic to put on the Conjugate Con, a free one-day virtual conference on applying the Conjugate Method across sport, tactical, and functional fitness populations.
Everything happens Friday, August 7. The sessions are on demand and open up at 6:00 AM EST, so you can work through them around your schedule. At 5:30 PM EST we go live with an Q&A roundtable to close out the day.
