  2. Heavy Dumbbell Incline Presses 3 sets of 10 Reps 
  3. Seated Overhead Presses 4 sets of 10 reps 
  4. Freak Bar 5 sets of 10 reps
  5. 300 Monster Band Tricep Extensions 
  6. Light Reverse Hypers and Abs
