Way Back When

Before it was fabricated, the ATP or 'belt squat' as it was called at the time was a large reinforced wooden platform approximately 2.5' high with a 2'x1' hole on its' top. This changed the training game at Westside, allowing those injured or with weak hips to continue to train and gain.
