Conjugate Tactical Instructor Course
Our inaugural coach’s course will take place on Sept 7th and 8th at Applied Strength & Conditioning, located at 1050 Broadway, Chesterton IN 46304.
Course size is limited to only 30 students to ensure an optimal learning environment is available for all.
Attendees will be tested on Sunday, and successful students will leave with their certificates to present and display.
You can expect to learn and refine their knowledge in the following areas of strength and conditioning:
- Understanding the Conjugate System and the Westside Methods
- Training methods to support injury prevention.
- Program design for daily, weekly, monthly and must year training
- Special exercise creation
- Rehabilitation and balancing strength work
- Implementation of the Conjugate Tactical System into a physical tactics / combative program
- And more!
The two-day certification course is regularly $499.00, but we have extended a $150.00 for all military / first responder attendees, making the course only $350.00 for two full days of instruction on the worlds most effective strength and conditioning methods.
Conjugate Club Members will also receive an additional 10% discount, while available.
