At Westside as we are primarily a training facility which competes in multiply, living and dyng by hip and glute strength. However it is important to note for raw competitors and athletes, the posterior chain is key. For lifters, these muscle groups lock out the heavy pulls. Athletes rely on the hips for lateral stability and glutes for acceleration.
