I got these lime green stubbies for single dead pulls used under feet/around bar after box squats. Im feeling it hard in the top third. Great bands.

These are probably the best bands I have ever owned. Not having access to an earthquake bar I use these to hang kettlebells from the bar. Use them for dead’s and a lot more. So many different ways to use them. Love them. Have 3 sets.
