Top notch gear as alway from Westside. Been beating up the bands since I got them on the belt and box squats, deadlifts, and bench. Will never use another brand.

I gave three out of five because three pairs have equal tension. However, two pairs (mini and average) have tension differences where it makes lifting with them too awkward. I can’t use them due to left and right loading being so different.

Service and product is top notch. Ordered one day and got it the next. Perfect.

Quality is better than rogue or other cheap bands I plan on putting them through their paces. Most bands I’ve used don’t have tension levels but lb for resistance I’m glad I have a good system to work up through progression def will buy a full set again that’s the only way

By incorporating these resistance bands into my dynamic workout days, I can already feel and tell a difference in strength. I know they’re gonna take my max on the big 3 lifts to “another level”!

So far so good, the bands are a great addition to my training regiment. I tried other types of bands but I snapped them all, better to stick with the WSBB set.

Love these! Been hooking them up to every bit of equipment at the gym I can, using along with dumbells, plus great for stretching. Outside of the gym gives me a way to have a workout when equipment isn't available. A must have in your arsenal.
