Who It Is For
For lifters who hold themselves to a different standard and want a shirt that says so without saying much. White on black is the highest contrast version of this tee, so the chest text and the back graphic both read from across the room. What size should I order?
Order your usual size for the intended relaxed, boxy fit. The cut runs roomy, so size down one if you want it closer to the body. The size chart has measurements for every size from S to 3XL.
How do I wash it, and will it shrink?
Machine wash cold and inside out, then tumble dry low or hang dry. The fabric is preshrunk, so shrinkage is minimal. Washing inside out protects both the embroidery and the back print. Avoid ironing directly over either.
