    What’s not to like?

Got the book bundle - initially, I thought it was for digital copies only, since some of the books are sold digitally on the site. To my pleasant surprise, these are the physical paperbacks. The whole bundle is for the cost of 2-3 of the books individually. These will get passed down to my boy once he's ready to start training.

So far I have gotten through on book (explosive strength development for jumping). Some of the techniques have helped the kids I train for basketball and Volleyball. Jumping is huge and the results I have gotten with these kids using the books he references has been great. I have an 8th grader to the point where half his hand is above the rim and I believe with these books he will be dunking by the time his freshmen season starts.
