Improve form fast and leave with a simple plan you can run tomorrow. In 90 minutes we’ll focus on your sticking points on Squat, Bench, and/or Deadlift using Westside’s Conjugate approach—clear cues, practical accessories, and the right setup for your body.
You’ll Walk Away With
- Form fixes for your top 1–2 lifts (time‑allowing tune‑ups on the third)
- A 2‑week tune‑up plan (accessories, sets/reps, simple progressions)
- Your top 3 cues written down—so you know exactly what to focus on
What We’ll Do
- Quick screen: stance, bar path, bracing, breathing
- Technique block: targeted drills to fix depth, leg drive, and start positions
- Accessory prescriptions: simple add‑ons to build what’s weak
- Programming guidance: how to slot the fixes into your week

What to Bring & Scheduling
- Normal training gear (belt, wraps/sleeves if you use them)

- After purchase: a coach will contact you to schedule at Westside HQ. By appointment only—no walk‑ins.
