HOW TO MEASURE

All measurements above are taken from the garment laid flat. To compare against a shirt you already own and love, lay it flat on a hard surface and measure with a tape.

Body Length

From the highest point of the shoulder seam straight down to the bottom hem.

Chest Width

One inch below the armhole, measured straight across from edge to edge. Garment laid flat, not doubled.

Sleeve Length

From the center back of the collar, across the shoulder seam, all the way down to the sleeve cuff.

Shoulder Width

From the outer edge of one shoulder seam straight across to the outer edge of the other.

Inseam

From the crotch seam straight down the inside of the leg to the bottom of the hem.

Waist

Across the top of the waistband, edge to edge. Double the number for full waist circumference.

Tolerance is the acceptable variance per garment. A "+/- 1" tolerance means the actual measurement can be up to one inch over or under the listed size.

Westside Barbell™ Fact

'The Westside Barbell™ Dog Logo is based on Louie Simmons™ dog Nitro. Who lived and died at Westside Barbell. Nitro was always waiting on Louie and Westside Crew to come train at gym and was a very important member of Westside. In Nitro's honor Louie designed the world famous Westside Barbell Dog Logo based on his dogs image so that every time you wear our t-shirt in and out gym you are bringing Nitro with you to the place he loved'

If Roadhouse was a T-shirt

This shirt is incredible!!! Immediately added an additional 25 pounds to my deadlift!! Ladies at the BBQ joint couldn't keep their hands off of me. Pitmasters knowingly nodded their heads in approval. Small children said "Wow" I may have even gotten a few inches wider as doors seemed much smaller.
That was just on Strongman Saturday, we'll see how wearing it other places goes.

Shirts are inconsistent

I purchased 3 different shirts. The independence and the blue shirt are perfect, fit great and true to size. The other was the camouflage. It fits nothing like the others, sleeves are way too big, material is different, etc. If this was described on your website, I would not have purchased it.

Not as good as the other shirts.

I've been buying from Westside since 2000! I always love the fit. Due to workout wear and tear, I buy new T's every couple of years. For some reason, the camo one this time has a cheaper feel and fits differently than the other shirts I bought in the same order. It could be a fluke but thought I would at least make it aware.

Not a good fit

Got it for my husband as well as two other shirts, the other ones fit well the camo one however fit weird, tight on the midsection and loose on the arms. Pretty disappointing as it was the most expensive out of the three purchased.

Too small. For a weightlifting brand these sizes are ridiculous. I’m a 3xl in Nike which runs small and these are way tighter.

Westside Tee

Good quality T-shirts that are true to size. Be warned that the bull dog on the back side of the shirt has a massive set of cajones on full display.

Sleeve Issue

Love the shirt, fits great everywhere except the sleeves. They're huge! I've got a few of your t-shirts and they all fit great, but for this one the sleeves don't match the rest of the shirt (fit wise).
