A Lesson from Louie Simmons. A Standard for Strength.

Louie Simmons, founder of Westside Barbell, once told a room full of NFL strength coaches that the key to resilience is a strong lower back. He ended his seminar with a simple reminder:

“Just remember, WEAK THINGS BREAK.”

That message has become the foundation of Westside Barbell’s strength culture, and now you can wear it proudly. This premium t-shirt blends comfort, durability, and bold design, making it the perfect choice for everyday wear or as part of your gym apparel rotation.

Low quality, too much polyester, wrong sizing

Low quality shirts with too much polyester so skin not breathing well and sweat is forced too soon. Yeah, we need to sweat but we need to breathe while it's happening! Also, the shirts are sized too small, forcing me who usually wears large to get 2XL.
