Louie Simmons' 101-page guide to general physical preparedness for athletes ages 7 to 10. The Soviet GPP method applied to youth athletic development.

The Rule of Three is the term Soviet coaches used for the GPP work that built the foundation of every athlete in their pipeline. Louie adapted it for American youth, building a coaching framework that emphasizes coordination, flexibility, endurance, and explosive ability before specialization begins.

This book is for coaches and parents of young athletes. It is not a strength program for kids. It is a framework for building the physical base that allows specialization in any sport to succeed later.
