Plyoswing 5 sets of 30 reps (Adjusting the angle each set)
Reverse Hyper Bent Pendulum 3 sets of 20/15/10 reps each set accordingly
Hip/Ab Machine 3 x 20 reps superset with heavy kettle bell side bends
