Jump Stretch Bands provide variable isotonic exercise, meaning that the pressure changes throughout the range of motion.
The resistance increases as the lifter’s joint angles improve, making this a safe and effective alternative training method.
They come in six sizes with resistances varying from 5 pounds to 200 pounds per band:When using bands, be careful not to overdue it.
The bands produce a large amount of eccentric overloading and can cause excessive soreness, but they are more than worth it.
They build the lockout as well as the start. One realizes very fast that you have to outrun the bands, so you develop a fast start to enable you to lock out a heavy weight. |

This platform is constructed of flat steel with a cushioned pad for comfort. Tubular steel bars form slots for attaching the bands.
