Required seminar for any strength coach

I thought I knew how to use bands and chains...I realized quickly I was missing some things. I haven't even finished the seminars and I've already had many concepts (ex. circa-max, speed-strength, etc.) clarified. My understanding of the use and application of accommodating resistance is much better now and will help me develop stronger/more explosive athletes.
