I'm glad I found the resources at Westside Barbell as I am looking to expand my knowledge of sports performance. It's great that a wide range of topics are covered.
For us who can no longer train with Louie or train at this famous gym, there's a book series of training techniques with explanations. Want to know what routines world class benchers use? This book provides insight.
The tee shirt is great and very comfortable. The book on the bench press was fairly informative, but a little confusing in places. The book is also coming apart at the seams as it appears the glue is not holding up too well. I am using the information from the bench press book to ramp up my existing bench press routine. It will obviously take some time to see what the results will be, but I'm hopeful that it will get me back on track to more positive results.
