Main Lift

Football Bar Floor Press for a 1 rep max

Accessory Exercises 

  1. EZ Bar Tricep Extensions with mini bands 3 sets of 10 reps
  2. Heavy Dumbbell Incline Presses 3 sets of 10 Reps 
  3. Seated Overhead Presses 4 sets of 10 reps 
  4. Freak Bar 5 sets of 10 reps
  5. 300 Monster Band Tricep Extensions 
  6. Light Reverse Hypers and Abs

  • I never thought about the press. Do they use the freak bar overhead at Westside? I guess I’ve never seen it. I have questions every time I tune in, though. I wish they would post more of these workouts like this. Each one teaches me a little more.

  • What excersice are you supposed to do with the freak bar? Military press or bench press?
