What is the movement and muscle group for number 4? Also just want to say that I have learned more in the past month listening to Louie Simmons and Westside videos than I have in the past ten years from all others combine. I had a hurt my back really bad using periodization and actually thought was done with my dream of squatting and dead lifting 500# each, but after following you guys a month or so now, I am back to my old Max, and moving weight cleaner and faster with no pain!
