Accessory Exercises (Increase Weight from last week)

    1. JM Presses Against Double Purples Bands 3 sets of 10
    2. Heavy Dumbbell Decline Presses 3 sets of 10 Reps 
    3. Good Morning Machine Tricep Extensions 3 sets of 15 reps 
    4.  Bamboo Bar 4 sets Of 25 reps 
    5. 300 Monster Band Tricep Extensions
