Powerlifting Crew Workout

Main Lift

Max Effort bench press (in bench shirt)

Accessory Exercises (Increase Weight from last week)

    1. Dumbbell bench 2 sets of 15.
    2. Kettle bell overhead presses 3 sets of 5 reps (heavy).
    3. Lat pull downs 3 sets of 6 (heavy).
    4. Bamboo bar 3 sets of 15 reps.
    5. Cable tricep extensions 3 sets of 12 reps
