Main Lift

Max effort bench press against red mini bands

ACCESSORY MOVEMENTS 

* Heavy dumbbells 2 sets of 8 reps 

* Skull crushers with easy curl bar 3 sets of 20 reps

* Lat pull downs 4 sets of 6 reps

* Cable tricep push downs with football bar 3 sets of 8 reps. 

* Med ball abs
