POWERLIFTING CREW WORKOUT

Main Lift

Max effort bench press to a 3 board (lockout emphasis)

ACCESSORY MOVEMENTS 

* Heavy incline dumbbells 2 sets of 6 reps 

* JM presses 4 sets of 12 reps

* Seated rows 3 sets of 10 reps

* Cable tricep push downs with football bar 3 sets of 8 reps. 

* Standing abs

* Reverse hyper 2 sets of 20 reps (lighter weight)

    I work out 3 days on 1 day off which I really enjoy doing..but can’t seem to find that in between place for execises and reps was wondering if u had a routine for me for the 3 days on 1 day off.Thx for your time.

  • I’ve been trying to follow this way of training and I feel like I can get strong with it but I have a question. On the other days Tues,Thur and Saturday what do you train? or is it all accessory work?
