ACCESSORY MOVEMENTS 

* Dumbells 2 sets of 15.  

* Lat pull down 5 sets of 6 reps (heavy)

* Rear delt. 3 sets of 20 reps. 

* Single arm dumbbell row 3 sets of 5

* Banded abs
