Main Lift

Straight bar max effort bench press (raw)

ACCESSORY MOVEMENTS 

* JM presses 4 sets of 5 reps (heavy)

* Earthquake bar bench press 5 sets of 20 reps (moderate weight)

* Cable rows 4 sets of 5 (heavy)

* Banded triceps (Green average band) 5 sets of 20 reps

* Wheelbarrow shrugs 3 sets of 15 reps (heavy)

* Standing abs
