POWERLIFTING CREW WORKOUT

Main Lift

2" cambered bar max effort  

          - Down sets: 3 sets of 5 85% of 1 rep max

ACCESSORY MOVEMENTS 

* Barbell rows. 3 sets of 5 reps (heavy)

* Earthquake bar shoulder press 3 sets of 20 reps (lighter weight)  

* Cable rows 4 sets of 8 (heavy)

* Cable triceps. 5 sets of 8 reps. 

* Wheelbarrow shrugs 5 sets of 30

* Banded abs
