Football bar max effort

ACCESSORY MOVEMENTS 

* Dumbbell presses 3 sets of 10 (heavy)

* Barbell rows with the football bar. 3 sets of 6 (heavy)

* Cable rows 4 sets of  8

* Cable triceps 3 sets of 15

* Wheelbarrow shrugs 3 sets of 15 reps (heavy)

* Standing abs  

* Med ball abs
