ACCESSORY MOVEMENTS 

* Weighted push-ups 2 sets of 20 reps (45 pound plates on back)

* Lat pull downs 4 sets of 10 (heavy)

* Weighted dips 3 sets of 5 (heavy)

* Banded tricep extentions 5 sets of 20

* Standing abs
