ACCESSORY MOVEMENTS 

* Dumbells 3 sets of 6 (heavy)

* JM presses 4 sets of 8 reps (heavy) 

* Lat pull down 4 sets of 5 reps (heavy)

* Cable rows 5 sets of 8 reps.

* Banded abs
