Main Lift

1 R.M. Bench press w/ football bar 

ACCESSORY MOVEMENTS 

* Earthquake bar bench - 4 sets of 20 reps 

* Banded rolling tricep extentions - 3 sets of 15 reps

* War wagon shrugs - 3 sets of 25 reps

* Seated rows- 4 sets of 10 reps

Finish With 

* Medicine ball abs
