Main Lift

* Goodmorning max effort tripple. 

ACCESSORY WORK 

* Inverse curl 3 sets of 6 reps  

* Hip quad developer 4 sets of 8 reps.   

* Deadlifts in the belt squat 3 sets of 5 reps.

* Reverse Hypers. 5 sets of 20 reps

* Med ball abs. 

* Ab roll outs
