POWERLIFTING CREW WORKOUT  

Main Lift

* Max effort deadlift against red mini bands 

ACCESSORY WORK 

* Inverse curl 3 sets of 6 reps  

* Banded leg curls 4 sets of 50 reps.  

* Belt squat 4 sets of 8 reps (heavy).

* Reverse Hypers. 4 sets of 20 reps (heavy)

* Med ball abs.
