POWERLIFTING CREW WORKOUT  

Main Lift 

Max effort squat against green bands   

ACCESSORY WORK 

* Inverse curl 5 sets of 5 reps.  

* Belt squat walking 3 sets of 1:00 each 

* Dual pendulum reverse hyper 3 sets of 30 reps each side

* Standing leg curl 4 sets of 8 reps

* weighted crunches 5 sets till failure
